About Headrick PC
A little about me on a personal level; my name is Jesse. I have 15 years of troubleshooting experience with personal computers. The experience was hard-fought.
My parents were divorced at a young age, and this ultimately ended up with me moving back and forth between Tennessee and California every year until high school.
Before finally returning in late 2026, the last time I had spent time in Lakeland was in 2010, for a summer vacation when school was out in California. The last time I attended school here before that was in 2009, when I graduated 8th grade at Bon Lin Middle School, its first year of being open.
My father took me under his wing when I graduated high school in 2013 and had no clear direction. My father began his computer repair business in Santa Cruz, California in 2008—at the height of the Great Recession, while the company he was employed by for almost a decade was slashing his pay and benefits.
It all started with a simple, easy-to-remember number he chose as our landline telephone number in the early 2000s to be our home number. He rented a tiny office room and repatriated this telephone number for use in the new business.
He had no idea if it would work out or not. The economy's bottom had fallen out, and he was raising my brother and me without help in one of the most expensive housing markets in the United States. He had to succeed, and he did.
in 2013, I graduated high school and didn't have a clear direction, so he took me under his wing and taught me what he could. I ended up falling in love with the industry and it became my passion to grow within it.
As time passed, my brain was slowly rewired, I started a family, and relatively quickly realized that Santa Cruz, California was seriously restricting my family's ability to grow and save, so I made the change all these years later to move back to Lakeland, Tennessee.
It was an incredibly difficult move to coordinate, between saying goodbye to my father's business that built me, essentially setting money on fire to make it possible, and the daunting road trip itself.
I want to build a lasting legacy for my family and me, and I want each and every person I help to have a direct impact on my success.
I don't merely offer services to troubleshoot information technology-related problems. I offer my best self, my sincere company, a genuine desire to solve your problem, and an assurance that whenever you call, email, or text Headrick PC, you're getting ME on the other end, not a receptionist or whoever has a shift scheduled that day.
This is what my father offered at the business he started alone. This is what I offer. Maybe someday, this is what my daughter or my son (or both) will offer.
